Answers for Your Questions

Day One: How to generate a safe space in complex clinical cultures for YOU.

  • This addresses the problem of: "I don't have enough time, energy, or people to get everything done or prioritize the things that are most important."

Day Two: How to generate a safe space with teams on the floor.

  • This addresses the problem of: "People and circumstances that are difficult, disrespectful or toxic."

Day Three: Three-step systemic coaching that makes a difference that sticks.

  • This addresses the problem of"I'm not sure what to do. I've had meetings, sent emails, and done one-on-one coaching, but nothing seems to help us move forward consistently."

Day Four: Being congruent to reduce burnout for you and your team.

  • This addresses the problem of: "My team and I don't have the energy to do the things that I know would help, and if I hear one more person say that we should do more self-care, I think I might lose it!"

Day Five: Succession that fills roles and shifts and progresses your career.

  • This addresses the problem of: "I can't keep all the lines and roles filled on my team. As soon as I think we will get there, something else will happen, or people will leave. My team and I find this so draining, and I am afraid that my best people are going to leave, too."
