2. Services

Trace Hobson Training provides:

• Free Safe Space Collective community
• SafetySAGE custom chatGPT tool for healthcare managers
• Paid community access at $29 CAD/month
• Safe Space Leadership Cohort Training ($2500 per participant)
• In-person team implementations
• Safe Space Certification for organizational leaders ($5000)

3. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, Kajabi, and other platforms. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and leadership programs, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing for a specific program.

5. User Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully within all communities, programs, and communications. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these principles without refund.

6. Disclaimers

Results vary by individual and organization. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from participation in our programs, coaching, or tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services or programs. You agree to use our content at your own discretion and risk.
