(g) subscribe to the newsletters ofTrace Hobson Training ;
(h) contact us via the contact form on our website;
(i) are on a photo or video that’s related to an event/programme/training en we put those images on our website, and/or the website or the Center for Transformational Presence, and/or use them in online (training)programmes and/or use them in the newsletters of Trace Hobson Training .
1.2 Trace Hobson Training collects the following personal data:
(a) name, address, email address;
(b) in case of enlisting for an event, programme, training and/or coaching sessions also phone number, date of birth, gender, bank account number and the event, programme, training and/or coaching sessions you have enlisted for and if necessary also the further arrangement made between you andTrace Hobson Training ;
(c) your IP address, masking the last octet of that address;
(d) the video’s / zoom-recordings you watch on our website;
(e) Footage of you, recorded during an event, programme, training (vis-à-vis or online);
(f) information for detailed analytics to help us know how to improve our website, an existing video, our services, and/or to identify what content to offer in the future.

(d) to send a zoom-link for participation in an online programme/training/coaching sessions ofTrace Hobson Training ;
(e) to draw up a list of participants for the event/programme/training for which you have registered;
(f) to send newsletters;
(g) viewer-based tracking: to monitor which video’s (alone or in combination) are attractive to the customers of our services;
(h) to send a survey concerning the event/programme/training/coaching sessions you have participated in, as well as concerning topics that are important to allow us to better service ofTrace Hobson Training ;;
(i) to execute authorizations or carry out bank write-offs or payments, or to carry out the financial administration.
1.4 All information provided by you, whether electronic, oral or written, will be treated confidentially by Trace Hobson Training ..

5.2Trace Hobson Training will provide the necessary information to the Center for Transformational Presence when necessary in relationship to the registration in an event/programme/training/coaching sessions for which the facilitation of the Center for Transformational Presence is necessary,
5.3Trace Hobson Training will provide your name and email address to the conference center where an event/programme/training will be organized, this, regarding the reservation of hotel accommodation.
5.4 Trace Hobson Training will provide your name and email address to the trainers and space holders of the events, programs, training sessions and / or coaching sessions for which you have registered.
5.5Trace Hobson Training will provide your name and email address to the other participants of the events, programs, training sessions, coaching sessions , and/or committees for which you have registered.
5.6 Trace Hobson Training will provide your name and address details to the delivery service in order for the items you purchased to be sent to the address you provided.
5.7 The third parties as mentioned in this article may use the personal data only for the purpose for which they are intended
5.8 With the exception of information about activities from our community members, we do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website.
